Training with Del (Latone Physique) has been one of the best decisions I made. His sessions are extremely challenging and gives the motivation and drive you need to get through them. Before training with Del, I had been training myself on and off in the gym however quickly realised what real hard work is all about after a few sessions. Not only did he get me into good shape, I became fitter, leaner, stronger as well as learning about correct techniques and healthy eating. I first met Del and Abbie a year ago when they were both PT’s at a local gym.
Del and Abbie then went on to open their own fitness studio in the heart of Cardiff. Having already developed a rapport with them both I become a member and also carried on having personal training sessions with Abbie.
Built in studio has provided me with an ideal training environment. The studio provides a good space for personal training and classes , houses a wide selection of training equipment and classes are never overcrowded.
Del and Abbie always demonstrate professional , motivational attitudes. They have not only helped me become fitter, but they have changed my attitude towards my own personal health and lifestyle habits and have helped build my confidence.

Built In is a personal training business with a difference. Del and Abbie are advocates of internal self-development as well as external fitness and diet development. Their training is built on four foundations – self-esteem, belief, motivation and fitness.

The pair come from different backgrounds, and bring different strengths to the business. Del is originally from South London, and has a background in boxing, dance and strength conditioning. Abbie is an expert in helping those with obesity and diabetes, as well as working with pre/post natal clients
